This building is sometimes called the "old brick building". It was built in the early 1800's by a man named Richards. It is located at on "E" Street in downtown Bellingham. This photo was taken in 1890. It was first used as the county courthouse and then as a jail. If you visited this building, now, it would look a lot shorter. Soil was filled in around the building so that you can only see the upper part. |
