Thanks to everyone who brought food! We collected over 1,500 pounds for
our local food bank! Daryl Larkin's truck was very full this morning! Way to share, Silver Beach!

Silverhawk Fridays!!!!!-Show you spirit for Silver Beach by
wearing Silverhawk clothing or Silverhawk colors (blue and grey). The first Friday of every month will be Silverhawk

If you haven’t been by the library lately, you may just have to make a special
trip! Silver Beach students are quite the readers.
For every hour read the students earn a dragon scale and so far they have read over 2,000 hours!! The last two
days to turn in reading logs are this Friday, Nov. 21st and then the final day will be Monday, Dec. 1. One student
from each class will be receiving a gift card from Village Books so the more scales they have up, the better their
chances are to win! We hope this last month has helped to nurture a stronger love for reading that will last throughout
their lives.
